Refund policy

OVERVIEW
At Cases and Kinis, we create products that are made-to-order. Each item is uniquely produced only after you place your order. Due to this personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR MANUFACTURING ERRORS
If you receive a damaged product or there's a manufacturing error, we offer:
- A free reprint of the same item, OR
- A refund to your original payment method

To qualify for a reprint or refund:
- You must contact us within 7 days of product delivery
- You must provide clear photos showing the issue
- There is no need to return the damaged product to us

HOW TO REQUEST A REPRINT OR REFUND
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
1. Contact our customer service team at Contact – Cases and Kinis
2. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue
3. Attach clear photos showing the problem
4. For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, please include a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame

WHAT WE DON'T COVER
Please note that Cases and Kinis will not offer reprints or refunds if:
- You ordered the wrong size or color
- You changed your mind about the design
- The item doesn't match your expectations but was produced as described

PRINT PLACEMENT TOLERANCE
For our products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" (half an inch) for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print are normal in the production process and will not be considered defects.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES
In case of an unsuccessful delivery (package returned to us or lost):
- You can request a reprint (additional shipping charges may apply)
- Or you may opt for a partial refund

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time for refunds is typically 2-14 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
